The stamping & coloring of concrete, why is it more expensive than regular concrete?

Answer:

There is more involved in the process of the decorative concrete. For instance it is finished like regular concrete. We then broadcast your color release agents across a small section at a time. This procedure is done to enhance the marbling effect on the concrete. The stamps &/or texturing tools are then placed in a specific pattern over every inch of your project. We will return after 2 days to power wash the excess release agent from your project. When it dries we will apply a clear crystal sealer to its surface for a virtually maintenance free finish.

Question:	How do I get on your schedule?
Answer:	Call, fax, email, or stop us in the grocery store.

Question:	When I pick out my color will the final result be the exact color of choice?
Answer:	Colors may vary slightly. This may be due to the moisture level in the concrete. And/Or the mixture of the concrete coming from the plant.

Question:	How long will it take to get my job done?
Answer:	We take every job very seriously. We always have and will continue to complete projects in a timely manner. The completion of your project will be determined at the time of your approved estimate.

Question:	What does "sealing the concrete" mean?
Answer:	It is a protective clear coating that is put on the concrete. Which helps to protect the concrete from the outside mishaps that may occur. This process also provides you with easier cleanups.

Question:	What do I need to know before I call you?
Answer:	Our phone number. We will be happy to help you with the rest if you are undecided on the exacts of your project.

Question:	How do I pay, When do I pay?
Answer:	Cash, Check, Credit Card. Your payment is due when your project is completed.

Question:	How long do I have to wait till I can drive on my new driveway?
Answer:	7-10 days for a car. Concrete will cure out in approximately 1 month. Prior to this nothing heaver than a car.

Question:	Will I ever be charged more than my original estimate?????
Answer:	We NEVER charge over the original estimate, unless YOU deviate from the original plans.
